Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • For classes that are 1-2 days long, participants can cancel & apply for a full refund or transfer to a different course date if Mainland Safety is notified in person, by phone or by email a minimum of 5 business days prior to the start of the course (email: info@mainlandsafety.ca). 

  • For classes that are 3-5 days long, participants can cancel & apply for a full refund or transfer to a different course date if  Mainland Safety is notified in person, by phone or by email 7 business days prior to course start date (email: info@mainlandsafety.ca).

  • For classes that are 6 or more days long, participants can cancel & apply for a full refund or transfer to a different course date if  Mainland Safety is notified in person, by phone or by email 12 business days prior to course start date (email: info@mainlandsafety.ca).

  • Refunds requested by customer is subjected to an admin charge of 5% of the face value of the course/product purchased.

Course Cancellation

Mainland Safety Training Company makes every effort to conduct courses as scheduled. It is a very rare occurrence that a course would be cancelled, but we reserve the right to cancel a course due to unavoidable circumstances, for example: low student enrollment, instructor illness, etc.

If this occurs students will be refunded 100% of their course fees.
